Terms of Service

PustakLinu is an educational and peer-to-peer community platform that connects students, readers, and book sellers across Nepal to buy, sell, and exchange pre-owned books, syllabus textbooks, and notes at affordable rates.

• You must provide accurate contact and location information when creating an account or placing orders.
• Users can sign in with credentials or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Users must be genuine individuals or registered book shops within Nepal.

Sellers must accurately describe the condition of their books (e.g. missing pages, markings, edition year) and state truthful prices in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Listing counterfeit materials, offensive content, or non-book items is strictly prohibited.

When an order is confirmed, both parties receive mutual contact details to arrange book handover and payment (cash on delivery or verified digital wallets). Buyers are advised to inspect books upon handover.

• Submitting fake orders or bogus book listings.
• Harassing, spamming, or defrauding buyers or sellers.
• Attempting to circumvent platform security, crawl without permission, or disrupt service operations.
